At the beginning of 2022, Super Star Group (SSG) introduced “Nirvar Agami Policy” for its employees. Under this policy, in case of death or physical/mental disability of an employee working in the Super Star Group, he or his family will be paid a substantial portion of his salary every month for the next three years.

Policy Details

  • Death of an employee while working or providing the service.
  • Physical or mental incapacity of an employee caused while working or providing the service.
  • The employee will be paid a substantial part of his salary every month for the next three years (in case of physical or mental incapacity of an employee caused while working or providing the service).
  • The employee’s family will be paid a substantial portion of his salary every month for the next three years in deceased of the employee (in case of the death of an employee while working or providing the service).
  • In the case of employment deceased employee’s relative will be given preference based on merit.
  • The policy is applicable for Drivers, Workers, Field Officers, Senior Field officers, and Service Assistants if the employment period is a minimum of 1 year.
  • The policy is applicable if the service period is a minimum of 2 years for the officers and the senior officers.

Recent Activities

Under this policy, the Honorable Managing Director of SSG (Super Star Group) Mohammad Harun Ar Rashid handed over a cheque for the bulk amount of the first month’s salary to the three employees Mohammad Waliullah (Senior Field Officer), Hasibul Hossain Shanto (Field Officer), and Kabir Hossain (Helper)’s families, which will continue for the next three years, because of the sudden death of these employees.
